Family Link

What is family link?

Family link provides short break care, giving children the opportunity to spend time away from their families and increase  their independence and social skills. Family link can be for an overnight stay, regular weekend care, weekend day care or longer breaks during the school holidays. It takes place in the family link carers home.

Most children have a learning disability, some may have a mild psychical disability or both. The theme children first, disability second underpins the service.
